Some of the biggest advantages of air cargo include stock piling and distribution and efficiency of daily transport operation. Another advantage of airfreight is related to finance and marketing. One might think by reading this "What is the point of using a middle man then? I can do it myself". Yes, one can definitely do it. But keep in mind that it is also possible for every Bangladeshi company to take all the products and deliver the goods to clients. Just because something is possible does not make it easy. Freight forwarding services will deal with the financial issues related to the transportation, legal issues etc. This gets the companies free from going through a very complicated process and will let them concentrate on the core business.

The freight forwarding company will deal with all the logistic issues of delivery. It will bear all the responsibility of making sure that products reach its destination safely and within time. It will be accountable for any damage or if the deadline is missed. The freight forwarding company will provide multiple estimates for the client. It will contain all possible costs that might occur during the shipment. It is up to the client to verify whether the bid is reasonable or not. The freight is prepared upon the agreement.

Before choosing freight forwarding company to handle the products, one has to make sure that they have a strong network across the globe. It must have strong connection with airline companies. Checking their background, success rate and financial situation is necessary. Big Bangladeshi companies do it in most cases. Small ones do not really do it as of now but the rate increasing.
